50% of all Germans are now overweight and have a BMI of over 25. Over 40% of all men and women do not exercise enough. 80% of all Germans suffer from over-acidification. 60% of all Germans suffer from stress, and 20% feel permanently stressed - current studies on the topic look alarming. The consequences of not exercising enough, over-acidification, excess weight and stress are so-called lifestyle diseases. People feel defeated and tired, and they suffer from headaches, and muscle and joint pain. Intestinal health is out of balance, and our immune systems don't function properly. We are becoming more susceptible to infections and our overall performance is deteriorating. Maybe you have experienced this too. On the other hand, due to intensive agriculture and monoculture farming, our food has lost around 50% of its nutrients in just 60 years. In other words, an apple only contains about half the vitamins it had 50 years ago. As a consequence, it is becoming increasingly difficult to meet the requirements of modern times and to ensure that we are adequately suppled with vital substances through our nutrition. hajoona has set itself the task of meeting precisely these challenges, offering an integrated product concept with a simple, holistic solution to these five current challenges of our time. hajoona offers products made from natural ingredients, free from preservatives, with high bioavailability, and made in Germany.
What are vital substances? Open or Close
In addition to macronutrients (fats, proteins and carbohydrates) there are also micronutrients. Micronutrients are vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, enzymes and secondary plant substances.
Who needs vital substances? Open or Close
We need vitamins and minerals in all phases of life, i.e. from the time we are conceived, in the womb, as children, and as adults of all ages.
Certain people need a particularly high proportion of vital substances, for example, young people going through puberty, smokers, athletes, people suffering from stress, the elderly, the sick, and people who need long-term medication, as medicinal products rob the body of vital substances.
Malnutrition (the lack of vital substances) is also listed as the cause of numerous lifestyle diseases. According to many studies, malnutrition plays a major role in the development of allergies, neurodermatitis, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes, asthma, rheumatism, arthritis, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, fatigue etc...
In most cases, this is the reason why statistically a third to a half of all people (depending on the country) are overweight. The cause in most cases is the lack of "living foods".
